F1 Academy
“As F1 is a male-dominated environment, you have to prove yourself. And first of all that means being given the chance to prove yourself.”
Formula 1 Academy was founded in 2023 to develop the motor-racing skills of young women and prepare them for higher levels of racing. While racing in identical Tatuus F4-T-421 chassis, the fifteen drivers compete in only seven races over the course of a season. Since the races are often overshadowed by Formula 1, or even Formula 2, it may be difficult to find your favorite drivers and follow the championship. You can read more about each driver and discover your new favorites here.
